Taking an unexpected detour from my science-based studies, I’ve been passionately photographing everything that catches my eye. My work has been published in Schmap’s Toronto Guide, as well as The Ontarion newspaper, The Portico magazine, and various annual reports. Throughout 2011 I was given the opportunity to shoot for American Songwriter Magazine, working in low lit, varying venues while capturing the energy and essence of live music. I am also a contributor to Getty Images. My goal is to capture the small, intimate moments as well as the joyful expressions that make each person unique.
I am a Toronto based photographer but have worked around the province in Guelph, Paris, Woodstock, Orangeville, and am available for travel. Prints are available upon request! You are also welcome to inquire about licensing photographs.
Bronwyn grew up spending half her time on a secluded farm and the other half in the bustle of the big city and her love for both extremes shines through in her work. Her photography shares her adoration and her passion; glimpses of what she misses when she’s in one place and not the other. Animal bones, forests, rain boots, and tree houses. Super markets, city lights, and old abandoned buildings.
She doesn’t take any piece of these two very different worlds for granted and because of that her photos are fragments of a unique, united, beautiful little world. – Sara Lynn Paige
